Custom formatting turns your spoken content into a structure you choose. In Sonicribe, a formatting instruction can request headings, bullet points or a particular level of editing. Reuse the instruction for recurring work, then review whether the result kept the facts and distinctions you intended.

Can I define my own headings?

Custom prompts let you request an output structure. Results still need review; a requested format is not a guarantee of exact compliance.

Does the format create missing information?

It should not be treated as a source of facts. Include the information you need and check for unsupported additions.

What should I include in a custom formatting instruction?

Name the headings or output shape, the tone and editing level, and how missing information should be handled. Start with a simple structure, then adjust the instruction based on the output you review.

Can I download the new app now?

The new cloud app is planned as a separate DMG and is not available to download yet. This launch does not update existing installed copies. Release status
